Archived snapshots of MitoMatch, exactly as published
The live MitoMatch site always shows the latest data. Each formally published version is also preserved as a frozen release — a snapshot of the site and its dataset exactly as it appeared at publication — so results stay citable and reproducible even after the live site is updated.
MitoMatch v1.0 accompanies our publication in Nature Communications (2026): a compendium of 2,895 AlphaFold-Multimer predicted protein–protein interactions across the human mitochondrial proteome, from a screen of 630,003 protein pairs, extended to homologs across 11 model species.
